Responsible Gaming

Playing is a freedom. If you have doubts about your practice, we can help you adopt responsible gaming.

Your services for responsible gaming

1 - TRAINED INDIVIDUALS

The "Responsible Gaming Referee" is a specially trained person to listen to you, help you, and guide you if you think you are in a situation of excessive gambling. He or she is identifiable by wearing a badge

2 - VOLUNTARY ACCESS LIMITATION

It allows you to voluntarily reduce your frequency of visits over a defined period, in all Casinos and Club Barrière in France. You can choose from 0 to 8 visits per month, for a duration of minimum 3 months up to maximum 12 months.

3 - NATIONAL GAMBLING BAN

This confidential and personal process prevents you from accessing French casinos and gaming clubs, sports betting sites, horse racing betting, poker approved by the ANJ, FDJ games or PMU games played with a player account. It lasts a minimum of 3 years and can be requested on anj.fr.

4 - IN SWITZERLAND

In Switzerland, exclusions can be voluntary or imposed. Customers can request a voluntary exclusion at any time. The exclusion applies throughout Switzerland and also in Liechtenstein from January 7, 2025.

Gaming establishments must exclude individuals whom they know or should suspect, based on observations made in their establishment, are over-indebted or do not meet their financial obligations; and/or who place bets unrelated to their income and wealth.

Voluntary exclusions can only be lifted after three months upon customer request following a financial assessment of the player.

Imposed exclusions, pronounced by the establishment, can only be lifted when the reasons for the exclusion no longer exist and the Social Measures service is in a position, after financial analysis, to attest to it.

Only the gaming establishment that pronounces it can lift it. In case of refusal to cooperate or a negative assessment of the request, the person will remain excluded. The person can reapply 3 months later for voluntary exclusions or as soon as proof is provided that the reasons for maintaining the exclusion no longer exist for imposed exclusions.

A helpline is available throughout Switzerland, in the 3 national languages, free, anonymous, and available 24/7. It is for players, their relatives, professionals, and anyone with questions about excessive gambling.sos-Jeu: 0800 040 080
