ELEGANT FRENCH BISTRO – In the historic Casino Barrière de Montreux, Le Fouquet's restaurant opened its doors in 2019. It offers a refined cuisine, an elegant setting and a magnificent terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the Alps.

CUISINE – Discover the essence of French brasserie cooking in an refined style, twisted with genius by three-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Share delicious moments or an aperitif in an elegant and cosy setting, or on one of the most beautiful terraces on the Riviera. The location is ideal for discovering great wines in a unique atmosphere.

SETTING – Rebuilt in 1972 after the 1971 fire that inspired Deep Purple's famous song "Smoke on the water", the history of the Casino Barrière de Montreux is deeply linked to the Montreux Jazz Festival. Discover the 7 Queen group albums recorded in the Casino and walk in the footsteps of Freddie Mercury by visiting the permanent exhibition "The Queen Studio Experience". Live unique moments to the rhythm of the mythical place that awaits you.
