Access to the Balnéo Area

Rooms for people with reduced mobility

Our hotel has 3 rooms for disabled people, with a surface area of 27m², on the ground floor, with pathways designed for your comfort, a bathroom and a toilet fully adapted for a stay in complete serenity. Guide dogs are of course welcome in our establishment (at no additional cost)

Access to the Balnéo Area

Our lifeguards are trained to help PRMs entering in the pools, and we have the automated machines provided for this purpose. All you have to do is notify the hotel reception or the Balneo reception, who will ask a lifeguard to accompany you to the pools.

Hard of hearing support

All our reception areas are equipped with magnetic loops. Also called magnetic induction loops, this is a system allowing the wireless transmission of sound between a sound system and the hearing aid of a hearing impaired person.
